What does the W/T denote on the tailplane, something all Spitfires had ?

You will always get duplicate threads on the same subject. Not always easy to spot when starting a new thread.
I usually do a quick search if bringing up a new subject. Put 303 Squadron in the search box, and the first thread
that pops up, is “QEC Construction”. Thread titles shouldn’t leave any doubt as to what the subject is.

Yes, we’ve all met them 🙂

At least at Duxford they don’t allow windbreaks close to the fences now, and most of the serious swivels keep to one end of the flight line.
With all of their paraphernalia assembled around them. It is amusing sometimes to see them up sticks and rush to the other end if the wind changes.

That unfortunately is a fact of life. With a lot of photographers, all that matters, is getting that shot.
