Go and compare the amount of F-35 customers to the amount of PAK_FA customers. I shall say no more.

Yes an “international” program and many more customers but its clear that most of them unhappy with the delays and unclear prices of the bird! But i am sure that if Lockheed had created the PAK-FA they could find much more customers than the F-35, its not about the greatness of downgraded F-22…:D

Back many many years ago on another forum I said the same about the Su-34 as i name now about the PAK-FA. For doing so I was called every name under the sun and branded a troll. But guess what, I was right. The same thing is being repeated but this time history is on my side. 🙂

Yes with problematic F-22 and F35s! Unreliable “ultra advanced” technologies sometimes makes you desperate about solving the most simple problems but no matter they are the greatest and they have no rival nor can’t be a rival:dev2:

In documentary, head of design team calls for there have been decided 22.000 design criteria and design of the bird is shaped by this way. Total 1mln hours of design time and more than 7.000 technical drawings, at front and rear cockpit has more than 70 modern avionics systems, high performance landing gear, at windtunnel tests at 1300 different flight regimes, geometry of the aircraft verified, by the help of detailed aerodynamic analyses, stability control and flight performance analyses there had been done an indigenous design, 7G flight performance, the most powerful engine of its class. Its the how they created the Hurkus 🙂

What can I say? You have obviously already persuaded yourself that your Hurkus thing was by no means a (licensed or non-licensed) copy of the Pilatus even if the two are so similar in appearance that you’d need a magnifying glass to tell any difference. I won’t argue with a blindman, even worse with someone who has willingly decided to play blind.

The reality is you can’t prove your thesis with any arguments and all rights of the Hurkus and its modifications are reserved by the TAI 😉

Yeah, they all are “completely new designs”.
KT-1, Hurkus or T-6A, these are absolutely not rip-offs of PC-7 MkII or PC-9.. 😀

And i must say that dear MSphere the direct competitor of Hurkus is the PC-21 with its max. speed, engine power and other technical specs…

    Hurkus documentary (In Turkish) 😉

At dogfight if the both aircraft has the same aerodynamic configuration, engines, hud or hmd, whose pilot is better that wins!

I think if Turkey can manage to create a truly lightweight fifth gen. fighter with an affordable cost can find many customers at that timeframe! Sure reliable partners may take part at both development and marketing 🙂

T-50 is preparing for the military trials

The company “Sukhoi” in 2013 will produce the fifth prototype of the fifth-generation fighter.

Tests of promising Russian aviation complex tactical aviation (PAK FA) will begin the service testing next year in accordance with the schedule, said the president of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), Mikhail Pogosyan. According to him, now there are three prototypes involving in the trials. By the end of the year to connect the fourth test aircraft and in 2013 – the fifth.

In 2013, the schedule will begin work with the Ministry of Defense for the tests of PAK FA. In the implementation of the program to create a fifth gen. fighter, the problem is: some systems suppliers rip time, there are issues of quality, in terms of performance. However, Pogosyan said, time is working and these are inevitable when you create a fundamentally new technology, the 30-40th serial aircraft manufacturing process stabilizes.

I think he means there will be one PAK-FA prototype and two other birds such as Su-35 at formation pass as Su-47 Berkut had done it at MAKS 2003! But the real suprise should be the formation pass of T-50, Su-47 and Mig 1.42 together 😀

    Or three T-50s
