When the EU passes a decree, our idiot Civil Service and government work out how make sure every part of it is enshrined in law.

It appears here that all the other EU countries work out how to ignore it.

Contrary to what was said earlier, I think most people in the UK do want out of the EU., and I’m one of them.

I’m not sure it could be done, let alone would be done.

We, and I use the term loosely, would be perfectly happy with what we voted for in the first place, nothing more, which is a common market, then called the Common Market.

That is all we have ever been given the opportunity to vote on, I suspect because all politicians know they would never have got a yes vote for anything that’s happened since then.

Rejected as unsuitable due to adverse weather conditions caused by position close to N York Moors.
No record of any flying unit based there.
03/44 B24 made forced landing.
91MU bomb dump then abandoned.
Being cleared early 80s so assume nothing at all left now.

Not very far away, just south of York a different location problem arose at Acaster Malbis. Built on the bank of the River Ouse. Permanently soggy and nearly as often fog-bound.

I think you’d have great trouble prising the Beverley away from the Museum of Army Transport. Apart from being built just down the road, the fact that it’s in Beverley might have something to do with it.
