Spot on Spey. My 1st job as an Avionics Apprentice with BAF in 1980 was to remove all its instruments when it arrived from BA at Cardiff. All the instruments were then replaced with life sized photographs of the entire panels, to keep the cockpit looking “real” when used as a Cabin Trainer.

Stock were asking £500 for it last time i herd, i was almost tempted!

Just noticed that the guy who was interviewed ( Seller) is No longer registered with eBay , he`s been a member nearly 7 years with 1.4m income per year from Ebay, bet thats hit him hard :rolleyes:

I surpose it was parked side on to the SW winds today, i noticed that this afternoon many of the larger A/c were turned by a tug into the wind, guess they forgot about the Belfast over the otherside.

Great shame, i wonder how this will effect any further work? 🙁

Thanks Gonzo, That might explain it, someones just informed me they think it was Condoleezza Rice, hence no AF1.
