Soil that once belonged to someone else??? What??? I remember being taught in school about the Israelis being oppressed by the Arab people, so where was this done if not where Israel stands now…were they oppressed in Brazil or something??? :confused:

Well all I can say to that is that it’s about time a nation took that kind of stand! All too often soldiers and civilians get kidnapped in places like Chechnya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Nigeria etc etc etc and all kidnapee’s nation does is sit around for months threatening strikes. Israels actions have my full support, show them who is boss!

I would like to ask anybody who thinks that the Palestinians would stop these attacks against Israel if they pulled out of the “occupied territories” and “left them alone” then why is it many Palestianian groups..including Hamas…have stated that they will not rest until Israel is no more? Do u think the Israeli’s should just sit back and let the terrorists…that’s what they are, not freedom fighters…wipe them out?

A freedom fighter fights to liberate a people, once his/her job is done he/she does not continue to attack or vow to wipe out anyone 😡

U know, I was gonna start talking about the difference between killing a child by accident and walking up to a child and putting a bullet in his/her head but there seems no point. Some people think that as long as the Palestianians claim they are being oppressed —kinda what happened to the Jews a while back — then terrorists killing civilians and kidnapping soldiers will be acceptable. Like someone else said on this thread, the Jews are dishing out some long overdue payback and good on them. Some people don’t realise that the Palestianians won’t be happy until Israel no longer exists and all I can say is the Palestianians should consider themselves lucky I ain’t in charge of Israel cos people wouldn’t be asking if Israel has nukes, and Palestine, Syria, Iran and any other country that threatened to wipe out my people would be unihabitable 😡
