Hm the colors donยดt look good on the 757 I must say. However on a 737 I do quite like those TUI colors

One important point. The weapons you carry are not neccesariyl the weapons you simulated in an ACM.

So if an AIM-120 is carried it is still possible to simulate an SARH AAM only.
If AIM-9X is carried you still can only use the AIM-9L legacy mode.

    Some remarks.

It is wrong that the USAF was switching between blue and red, that would have emant that the USAF would have been escorting IAF strikers, which did not happen. They only switsched between offensive and defensive CAPs, although most were of the defensive type.

The type of target attacked during a BVR engagement can estimated quite well. Modern radars are able to classify the type of aircraft with reasonable chances of success. Typical radar return have been programmed into da database that are compared to the actual data. Additionaly your RWR systems will classify the attackers radar system and also give a good classification of the type of target.

Who said, that the IAF was the one who insited on the strange use of the AIM-120 ?? Imho it is much more likely that the US did insist on that limitations, as the exact launch parameters, range parameters etc. of the AIM-120 are well kept secret. Surely nothing you would show another force during your first exercise.
The same applies for the IAF. Perhaps they decided that simulating the MICA and the R-77 using the public available data would be better then to expose the real data of their current in use missiles.

Nice pics, but the livery of BWI is strange indeed.
