    Just a question if Just Jane is being got ready to fly in the future can she fly out of here current base. If so what would the possibility of the BBMF Lanc landing and Sally B landing was just thinking of the photo opportunities a special event tickets would go before they had been announced !!! and at a premium to just an idea

    So after injuring myself and now in plaster for 12 weeks seems this is going to be my only fix for anything Duxford now till 2014 as the air show season will be well and truly over before i can drive again unless i can persuade the the young blond i know to transport me to the October show !! So that brings on 2014 for me 100th anniversary of commercial flight i think and 70th anniversary of D-Day what special events can we expect to see at my favourite airfield, Legends would be close enough to see a fly past of DC3 come to that a Legend’s mixed fly past of historic commercial aircraft Rapeds, DC3’s etc etc, any other suggestions of what to expect apart from 100 years since WW1 as well ?

    The very shiny ‘Red Bull’ B-25 Mitchell just did a run and break and then landed at Duxford !

    A Few more from em yes the MK 1 Hurricane did look good would be good to see it fly along side the MK 1 Spits (if i knew how to make all my images bigger i would sorry)

    Im waiting for the next up date DCW seems to be getting later and later, will be in the line up at 10am tomorrow for the gate F30 in hand !!

    That car park looks pretty full ? am planning on being there 10.00am for opening Friday :rolleyes: will probably be this colour 😡 by the end of the weekend !

    And they are always the disappointed ones. Although I shall be missing it this year :(:(, I always enjoy turning up to see what does appear. Rarely been disappointed – in fact never been disappointed!!;)

    Im never disappointed when ever i go to Legends been going every year since 96 have all the DVD/VHS seen some pretty rare things over the years, the only thing i do miss is the lack of heavy’s not really the TFC’s fault think the best show for heavy’s was probably 2008 but im open to be wrong on that ?

    Yer and my Uncle twice removed from my mothers aunts side said that the B25 ‘Grumpy’ was making a comeback this year to :dev2:!!!

    One week and a day to go to this years Legends …… should see a few arrivals next week ? seems a bit quite for the build up no rumours about 262’s or anything else this year are we just all expecting a classic Legends something like 2010 shows ???? will be there Fri – Sun this year Sat M11 end Sun by the Tank Bank

    Got up this morning and its the longest day of the year days will be drawing in tomorrow ……….. Christmas on the way so in an effort to cheer myself up looked at the calender and noticed its only 19 days to go till Legends and Mr urs Grey usually books good weather with himself upstairs and a line up to salivate over …………….. apart from the resident Duxford aircraft what will we see this year ?? 😀
