I like your last suggestion – send the asylum seekers parents and all back to their country.:)

No, give the people committing these senseless crimes the option. The parents/families did not decide to wreck peoples home, businesses, property and cause undue stress and anguish. If they are old enough to decide to commit the crime, they are old enough to take the punishment.

BBC News is saying a man has died in hospital after been shot.

I also read “Insurance covers riot damage”. Yes, and they will recoup it by pushing everyone’s insurance up.

What they should do with these thugs is take the money that the state pays on jobseeker’s allowance into a “thug borstal”, or given a choice to leave the country.

His mouth was moving but not a lot was said. It was pretty much as Kev35 predicted it would be.

Seems to be a sad airport with all those aircraft awaiting their fate.

I assume those Dorniers are helping keep the worldwide fleet flying.

Thanks for posting. Feel free to post more, if you have them.

You seem to take objection to my opinion. Why? The Boeing 787 has everything to prove at this point.

Just as I cannot prove that the windows will be troublesome, you cannot prove that they will not. That is why opinions are opinions and not facts.

I am far from being pro-Airbus/Boeing/Embraer/Tupolev et al.

Airbus FBW can be maintenance headaches.

The windows are a gimmick. I personally can see them being are maintenance headache.

It’s an evolutionary cabin, nothing more. It remains to be seen how popular it’ll be with passengers.

Very nice, the BAE ATP looks a little outcast in the crowd of bigger aircraft. What is not to love about the B777 freighter?

I wasn’t overly taken with the interior. I don’t think it is revolutionary, or anything better than you can get on other wide-body aircraft. I am sure it’ll be very quiet. Economy seems to get quite a bit of legroom.
