Firstly, I would not say U.S. leaders or citizens are lacking in grey matter compared to thier Euro counterparts, just because they’re Americans. Even though this is a popular stick to beat the U.S. over the head with.

IF I think Bush is an idiot, then he’s one DESPITE being American, not because of it. (Actually, I don’t think Bush IS as dumb as many, esp in Europe think. Clumsy, yes, but not 100% thick).

Secondly, one has to be aware of the launguage used. When saying, I believe, this can also be a statement of fact, not just opinion, which anyone is entitled to have. For example, “I believe Winston Churchill was twice prime minister of Great Britain, from 1940 – 1945 and 1951 -1955”. This can be loosley made as a statement of fact using I believe. Others may well disagree, but that’s OK…:D

Dual core is nice, perhaps even desirable, but not necessary. My PC has an Athlon 3700+ single core CPU which will run Vista with ease. That said, I do have 2GB RAM, a 256MB ATI graphics card and 3 HDD’s (1x250Gb SATA, 1x160Gb SAT and 1x200GB IDE) as well as 1x250GB external.
So I am more than blesssed for specs, esp disk space:D

Will prob upgrade again (sod dual core, quad core’s where it’s at) but not until the middle of next year at the earliest. At least thats what I keep telling myself…..;)

    BTW, just got myself a lovley 20″ 4:3 (not widescreen) HP 1600×1200 TFT monitor….:D 😀 😀

    Vista sys requirement:

    800Mhz CPU
    512 Mb RAM
    15GB HDD
DirectX 9 graphics card with 64Mb RAM

Add AT LEAST 50% on to of those figures for anything like decent perfomance…..

    Why attack Britain?

    Why attack France?

To take his two biggest European rivals out of the game. This was done to the French with the battle of France.

The battle of Britain was a different game altogether…..

That MiG 29 looks odd. Why is one engines nozzles closed and the other one open in afterburn configuration?

How independant or otherwise is the Trident system (aplologies if asked and answered beforhand) ?

Listening to discusions on the radio for the past couple of days, it seems most are under the impression that the missiles are US owned, the warheads may or may not be British owned and Britain cannot use Trident (god forbid) without Washington’s say so.

How much truth in the above???

If true???, the pilot should be grounded!!! Highly irresponsible.

What if the pilot had misjudged things and clipped aircrafts wing in the ground!

What if threre were even a few birds on the ground? Think ofd the potential for disaster FOD would cause so low!!

Independence Day! BUT with with a whole host of different fighters in more locations.

    Not jus F/A-18’s but F-15’s, F-16’s, F-4’s Tornado F.3’s Harriers, Mig 21′, 23’s, 25’s, 29’s, 31’s, Mirage 200…..you get the idea!!!

Or perhaps go retro….WWIII set in 1985 with CG period A/C. Perhaps too gloomy a finale though.
