A picture of the Airbus H-160 published in TakeOff mag as posted in the RuAF thread raised my attention.

We have been discussing the weird idea to integrate a F1 like mustache on the rear boom of that design, what I suspect was more a “Designer” input than that of an Engineer.

On this picture we can see that Airbus now face troubles with this. X crossed variable geometry* struts (1) are now bracing the lower lip of the spoiler replacing the small vertical fins that were there before. Also what seems Heavy fixations (2) are placed on the outboard vertical section to mitigate delamination.

Vibrations mode and resonance might be the cause of the trouble (hence the variable bracing to find a convenient AoA of this incredibly weird thingy).

Sadly, Modern air defense integrates mobile counter PGM devices such as rapid rate canon or Laser. So your pairs of Taurus would have to be escorted until impact 😉

I don’t say that all countries will have the know-how and budget to do that, but be ensured that to protect a highly strategic target, there will be enough incentive among your opponent and complacent arm dealers.

And then you have the ToT and to keep updated your target coordinates… Throwing a multi-million Taurus that way would be only a waste of money.

Now tell me that a super stealthy Uclass orbit the area unseen to all but you uploading refreshed target info, then I might agree.
But, here we are again: the inevitable reality of Stealth…
