It was a remark aside of an answer to a legit question (Aesa or Not Pesa…). Fusion is way more than the simple contatenation of display information.

You can see on some of the photo Ops of Carrier operations some fully encased Radar inside their marked boxes among serviced Rafale (something that should seldom been seen on US carriers). I posted myself one of these in the Rafale thread long ago.

One remark tough: this is clearly the sign that there are no real data fusion b/w the radar and the onboard systems (in fact in all logic only Spectra and IR optic (when fitted) fuses).

According to my own souvenirs there was 60 RBE2 AESA radar ordered for the entire fleet (and 32 delivered until production allocation was moved to export orders – I think that the Navy have 6 or 12 of them). I don’t think that the Rafale F4 will have exactly the same radar configuration but an improved one (different modules)*. Def-Aerospace has this count:

Thales has delivered 120 PESA and 80 AESA versions of the RBE2 radar for the Dassault Rafale combat aircraft. It now only produces and delivers the AESA variant.)

But there is here a more detailed count:

Thales has delivered 32 out of 60 RBE2-AA active electronically scanned array (AESA) radars contracted in 2012 to equip France’s new-build RAFALE fighters, with deliveries not set to resume until three current export orders have been fulfilled.

When Egypt, Qatar and India placed orders for RAFALE fighters between 2015 and 2016, the new AESA radar was contracted, so domestic customer France agreed to pause deliveries of its new-build examples to pave way for these orders.

Production output is currently at two radars per month, and it is due to continue at this rate until current production orders are delivered. The 32 delivered come under the Tranche IV contract signed in 2012.
