I find puzzling that someone will mistake a slow flying MPA based aircraft like the slow IL20M with its huge RCS for a low flying stealthy cruise missile.

Either the IL20M had its ECM defense suite switched on what confused the Syrian SAM’s operators in their targeting, either those CM were dysfunctional or even the intends of Syrians was to really shot that one down (as a retaliatory measure against Russia one sided decision on Idlib?).
