    Yes yak 11 i totally agree it will be nice to see VX653 fly one day,
    i dont know about VR930s engine is it any closer to being finished by RICARDOs?.

    Thats a nice photo of a great plane i wonder how long we will have to wait for TFCs fury,its always been in my view the ultimate
    piston engined fighter ever.

    D-CACY is a very historical a/c i believe she served on HMS GLORY
    during the korean war,and is at a very high mod state so kermit has got himself a very tasty fury to re-build with what type of engine remains to be seen.

    I can never recall TFC ever saying they had a P38, it was a certain
    UK “expert” and a few americans who knew something and decided to make it public.

    The last i heard on the engine the bloke doing it had given up on the centaurus and was trying to make a hercules (late type) fit,

    Looking closely at the photo you can see steve hintons chaps are starting to install the ammo boxes for the 20mm cannon,i wonder if they will put a droptank on the centre-line,saying that cannot see wing gun ports at present.

    One would of thought so mark v but with his wealth he could afford a few more,i dont know his plans long term but if he finds these war-vet wrecks and gets them flying thats fine by me i have seen photos of png P38s there is a lot of work just on the wings and centre section.

    Perhaps we are getting a little warmer,the (ex) paul allen P38L is a silver example with red spinners he also has 2 at rialto calif ex png war vets being restored,by all accounts they will be superb
    restorations.

    Steve perhaps the dentist should stick to looking after teeth how does he know the mossie has been swapped for a P38,was it in the mouthwash!!!.

    We should see at least one connie next year i would of thought and the tfc P51B/C,i doubt we will see the P39Q next year but we might see the tempest 2 thats being done in lincs?.

    I wonder what legends will bring next year we will have to wait and see.
