    3rd visit this month!

During the display….a released red kite flew and joined in….
Cheyenne (the bald eagle) did an amazing rapid descent too….

I am not sure this is that exciting Robert??!!!
I am not a trained tin basher…..so it is not up to the high standards of Airframe Assemblies, Stuart Gowans or their ilk….I am merely a paper engineer….

No, I just needed to fart really badly 😀 😀 😀

    …..it worked too…..it was the worst fart I ever did 😀 😀 😀

    LOL!!!!

I did this when I was 11 at school….I was told to take a big pile of books to a classroom full of 5th formers (year 11 now!!!)….they giggled when I walked in…picture the scene, a young chubby Rocko struggling in, heavily laden in books….wearing a jacket of epic teddy boy length proportions…..(Mum said I would grow into it…never did!). Anyhoo, git of a french teacher (Mr Green) nodded towards a tall shelf….as I lifted up the books, up went my jacket tails like a flag being raised up a flagpole…only to be saluted at the top by a loud squeak!! Not a nice man mr Green!!!

Searching for some suitable metal to skin frame 12 to 13 starboard side below the datum longeron, I was lucky to find a piece of LA546 skin……it is unuseable on a flyer but great to reuse on my main spit….is this the ultimate in recycling???!!!

I think it is brilliant! So there! I have taken my daughters to see F1 testing at Silverstone when they were 3 and 5 years old and had their own race car suits (not allowed sadly anymore)….they were so impressed by the engine sound….so hats off great to see…there are probably 361 days of the year when you dont have to suffer F1 engines…I just wish I could time a visit with F1 there…
It is great to see that Duxford can make some extra money too….now spend it on restoring some great British aircraft
