My condolescences to the families of these fine people.

I am pleased they put her welfare first and have released her before she really hurt herself. I hope she does well and fits back into the wild well…..being able to monitor her should help.

Living next to a multi type base, Tornado is hugely loud….Vulcan also. Of course on the helicopter side, my beloved Chinook (Super throb) and Lynx are quite loud too.

dear o dear, what an absolute fool!! a man that did no home work at all before diving in feet first, a car dealers dream. An even bigger fool for paying 15 grand without even going to see it, and given the aircrafts well known bad condition. The previuos owner must have been gob smacked to almost get his pourchase price back 20 years later for a total wreck.

Not again! We have discussed this to death before….the chap is not an ‘absolute fool’…..misguided and a trifle naiive yes, but not a fool. He will make most of his money back on dirty scrap price and end up keeping a nose etc for his pub garden. I personally hope he succeeds. 🙂

Well our own Prime Minister is responsible for the death of thousands. I think that makes him substantially more vile.

Each of those people denied a life of their own; denied the chance to have children of their own; those children denied lives, and the chance to have children of their own… on and on.

Murder is far, far, more vile a crime than any other.

Interesting viewpoint there…..I presume that you feel that our PM intentionally killed these people?! I further suppose you are refering to Iraq? I am not a big fan of our PM but I think you are being a tad bit unfair on him. I, personally, fully support our service personnel wherever they are. They are often called to make the supreme sacrifice. I lost my cousin in Ireland, in no way will I ever wish to believe that he, or any of our service personnel died in vain.

Regarding Mr King, well he was convicted, he has served his time according to our justice system. If his appeal is successful then maybe he is innocent? If the conviction is upheld then I agree that he is a nasty nasty man.

I think I had better get back to Historic aviation where we all agree….well most of the time.
