Perhaps you can make savings elsewhere. Could you face another two years or so at your place of employment? It has to be weighed up…

In someways then you could in theory drop one hundred pounds a month but it’d leave little leaway for anything but it would be a starting place…

Depends what you can cut back on really.
Moving here with my job has cost me extra too as renting is now on my own, Council tax is more, the travelling to get the kids has increased by about 100%, fuel bill has increased as well (further to work from home too) and I can’t afford to do some of the stuff I used to do but it is all a sacrifice that I think has been worth it. I’ve looked and cut back in places – shop differently for food too.
Sometimes tough choices have to be made Daz. If it means one or two less Spitfire indugences each month as opposed work happiness I know what I’d take. Plus you may get promoted fasted or better pay rises in a new job…
