The watch office is very similar to Bicester but there are too many hangars if they are all at the same airfield.

…and I was just asking a question as I thought it was unusual…
I know that last year one well respected and experienced pilot was told to land at one event I was at as he had a passenger on board who was clearly just that.
I’m sure that PS are operators who wouldn’t flaunt the rules.
It was just an idle query.

And as with al the good things, also this must come to a end. I close with the Stieglitz owned by AJBS. After the busy day, it is pulled back in the hangar. The show has come to a end.

She was lovely… had flown in a Rapide before but she was something else… Lovely side slip into Waterford looking out the window at the runway lights.
Her future is a bit obscure at the moment after Aer Lingus had their money troubles… Aparently she sits in the back of a hangar awaiting whatever the future holds… Thanks to JJ and her regular attendance at the VAC/CAACI Anglo-Irish fly-ins Mum, Dad and my two siblings have all flown in her at one time or another…
