Keep heading North a little longer, we’ll have him at the Toon 😉

Too far outside his comfort zone and he’d get found out quicker……..

Am I being pedantic by asking if a Harvard can really be described as a ‘warbird’?

They have been used “in combat” though IIRC? Israel among others?

Ouch – kick me when I’m down !;)

Ramos did well in a couple of big games with Jol’s players – between him and Comolli, they made what my dear old dad would have called a bu****s muddle of the summer buying/selling.

Jol was the best we had since Keith Burkinshaw but never seemed to be able to beat the “big 4” which is what Tottenham became obsessed with – the Premier League is a monopoly and with Jol, Tottenham won the “next league” down 2 years running. He was undermind in the 2007 summer with not be able to buy players badly needed (center half to cover King for example).

After Newcastle, Tottenham possibly the worst run club in relation to football matters in the league. I never wanted or as a fan, rated Ramos, yes he did will in a few big games with a squad that came 5th (top of the next league after the big 4) two years running, but then he ran out of ideas.

As you can tell – I’m passionate about this and it gives me the ‘ump !

    Odd individual aircraft letter “a”?

Unusual to see lower case on RAF codes, or any for that matter ?

    The Final Countdown

Suprised not to have seen this mentioned before (not that I saw…) dreadful movie plotwise but some superb flying and on deck shots. An A-5 at the start (its huge !) A-6, KA-6, RF-8, A-7, SH-3, S-3 and of course F-14’s in full colour VF-84 markings :diablo:- the dogfight with the “zero’s” is well done for its time.

Kept BSG junior and I happy for 80 odd mins after homework was done this evening.

You’re a political animal Edmund. You have the eye for human weakness, not the stomach.

    Or, same movie

“Want me to throw him out Doll?

LAPD, take a walk S***bird before I call your wife to come and collect you”
