so, “no” is my reply. Partly as its too soon for kids to meet new partners let alone spend that much time with them, and because she was “economical” with the truth about the whole thing.

Knowing even less than you do about it wouldn’t it depend on how “big” the club was whose ground the match was being played at? It’s only a quid at a local ground near me – but I haven’t been tempted yet!

As I have never been to a Football match, ever!!:eek: Can anyone tell me how much it is to get a ticket these days. Just as a matter of interest. I remember when it was near peanuts to go to Silverstone, now you have to take out a second morgage to go.The last time I went with my son it was in the region of £50.00 each.

Premier league is an expensive day, my Spurs season ticket works out at £50 a match, but seperate tickets can be £80 odd…..:eek:

It’s a total classic, the British laughing at ourselves, in one of the most desperate times in modern history. So many classic characters and actors who portray them. Mostly all now sadly departed.
