Maybe, but the film is taking off Charles Bronson to some effect.
    L .7

Do mean Harry Brown ? I meant Harry Palmer from the Ipcress File etc, (len Deighton) an “anti Bond” in his day. Very low rent spy, living in a bedsit, no money etc.

“Bank job” Jason Statham, one of the best I have seen for a long while.

I think that Jason Statham would make a brilliant James BOND.

    Lincoln .7

can’t see him as Bond, but how about Harry Palmer ?

Hope it resolves itself soon. If not there’s always Ben! :diablo:

My swear of the day? The news that the MG suddenly needs a kingpin for the MOT now too… 🙁

Just playing that game of telephone chicken to see who calls first, I’d best do it before Nashio gets the wrong idea about possibly being “single” maybe meaning “available” …..

My daughter, (aged 7) overheard me and her brother talking about Bin Laden, she asked who he was and what he did, and when we told her that he blew up two buildings, in all innocence she asked if his mummy knew what he had done as he would be in trouble.

I second that, I learned so much from his detailed knowledge and quiet understated enthusiasm.
