not cool as in Dodge Viper, or DB-5 etc, but at the time, I had 25% negative equity, the accountant girl friend I lived with had taken the car (I got the 25% though ! :o) it leaked when it rained, it ran on chip oil for a day when it all leaked out and thats all we had to “get me home”, but I loved it and it got me back on the road when I had no money and a huge mortgage problem – many on here will remember “black Friday”…. it was at that time and this was the only car I could afford, in some ways more affection than for my first car!

Tears all round (well, me and the kids) in a moment of weakness I said it may be an idea if they stay at hers to get used to it, daughter said yes, son said can’t leave daughter…. tried to claim back “my night”, but too late, more tears all round.

and they’ve gone….

will see number one son on Saturday to go to Duxford (anybody else going…?) and then pick up daughter on Monday night from school.

8 months exactly to get to this stage, and she said she had not packing stuff as it all happened so quickly.

that’s be a wierd fracking day out for all concerned then.

The current Mrs BSG-75 asking for some consideration at 6:30am today as she isn’t packed and has nowhere near enough boxes and tape. Our son won’t pack anything, poor little boy….

Bit late Bubbles, very late in fact……. not my doing ( 3 sides to the story I know) but the slow move is 100% down to the current Mrs BSG-75.

so far, I’ve lost a fair few CD’s and stuff in the packing….. but not as bad as I thought. She is packing, tomorrow is the day….

Have new locks to fit….. got new gear arriving all through September…. but this is oh so ******* painful today with the packing and the moaning…..

and its still my fault she has no boxes !

As for my smile today, the current Mrs BSG-75 is packing…… my new gear is arriving weekly, and to annoy her I’m off out today to by a DAB/MP-3 combination to put in the kitchen…..it’s a treat for me :D:diablo::eek::rolleyes::)

At least she has started packing…… Thursday is “D” day…..
