This again
Had a “Full and frank exchange of views” with the current Mrs BSG-75 last night and couldn’t sleep so flopped with this and a glass of Rioja. The movie has been discussed on here before, but I’ll say again in my view it is a fantastic piece of film making. It is taken from a very complex book, it keeps you thinking until the very end, then hits you like a brick going through a plate glass window. When I first saw it on Sky, I was online buying it before the titles were finished, I’ve seen it 3 times since and enjoyed it every single time.
my two nippers
I love them to death, I really do, but I really don’t want to be seeing them at 7:05 in the morning on one of two days where I can (in theory) actually get to sleep in !:rolleyes:

I bet the MOD and DOD hate video, internet etc !!!
That’s a quality set of viewing material there Daz…… 300 is blinding and the others are well worth it too.

she is a beaut for certain, I’m up for viewing anything historic like this. I’m suddenly reminded as well of my old school boy comic “Warlord” that featured an MTB crew, captained by Captain Drake! – Drake of e-boat alley, and later Drake of Malta.
Ken Ellis wrote a very (IMPO) erudite piece in Flypast a couple of months ago, pushing the case for target tug and training aircraft to be displayed in such schemes. I have to admit that it did change my way of thinking on the subject, I have no problems with the Wellington being displayed in the silver scheme, and before now (and reading the Flypast piece) I’ve moaned about the Tempest in its target towing colours.

I’m seriously starting to wonder what the actual point of this thread is, chaps.
It looks increasingly like random chat between a small group of users.
Would someone care to enlighten me?

It’s helped me a lot Lance, log on, hide behind alias, moan about the (hopefully) soon to be ex Mrs BSG-75, and folk post in support, its cheaper than drinking, less touchy feely than the samaritans and makes me smile !
