It reminds me of “Ripping Yarns”… “my friend Eric has got a new shovel”..

but yes, I’ve vented a bit on here and seeing the messages of support is nice, so worth it alone for that.

Just hats off to all you guys who keep these classic jets airworthy. 🙂

I didn’t realise that there seem to be two in “storage” at the Midland Air Museum, one centre section in the Mig-21 hanger, and one with tarpulens over it in the storage area along with what seems to be an F-86 tail and other treasures !

BSG’s excitement about all things Dyson was what troubled me… 😉

Not so much the Dyson mate (that said, taking a sneaky peaky at the contents after a test run on the floor that had just been done withe the “current” cleaner was an eye opener) more the getting my stuff together for moving on and all that….

then again, how sad is posting vacuum cleaner comments anyway !?

    this may sound odd but….

This buying new things ready for the “new life” when the current Mrs BSG-75 actually goes, I never knew that Dyson vacuums were so much fun…..plus knives http://www.amazon.co.uk/Voodoo-Knife-Block-Set-Black/dp/B000X3YYNS etc, a long way to go yet, but this actually makes me feel far far better because I’m doing “something”….

    Terminator Salvation

Having worked my through the first three movies in the past couple of weeks, it makes me realise how bad this is. The plot contradicts so much of the earlier ones, the ending is just daft, and all in if its the last of the genre as it seems it could be, it ends with a sad whimper.

That said, I would imagine that with the way world works with re-makes etc, the whole series will start again anyway !

I’d ditch them both Scott, she obviously wants somebody else, her call on that, he doesn’t care about his mate, and mates come first.

Oh my, I remember the Aeronauts on TV 😮

for some reason I remember that they were always two parters ? dubbed into English, shown once a week “after school” so I remember running home for this and having a sulk on if one of my older brothers got there first for Blue Peter or something……
