FGFA or whatever design will be frozen pretty soon and it wont be modified much more than current PAK-FA.

yes, you are right on that absolutely. but who knows how modified Meteor for internal carriage would look like? but then, it will need new launchers, system integration with N036…more…more…
well, whatever, future would be interesting

    yes, I know…and Customer rules
but putting SIX Meteors into the bay…would be tricky

    but…remembering that…

“European missile manufacturer MBDA plans adjustments to its Meteor beyond-visual-range air-to-air missile (BVRAAM) to make it capable of deployment on Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).

it’s top fuselage panel placed right behind right LEVCON
beast was so large that was hidden in plain sight – many just didn’t noticed it walking around at MAKS 2011
if it was not painted in characteric T-50 pattern half of those who did notice it, wouldnt take that it belongs to T-50 – because info card did say nothing of T-50 exactly
NPO Technologiya also had piece of T-50 wing console on exibit

F-22A can’t carry four external tanks. Just two. I thought it’s well known fact.

Any specific reasoning for only 2 launchers inside each bay?

perfect optimum? volume limits? I wasn’t behind the decision, I just tell you the facts
maximum number of missiles per bay was known publicly well before the maiden flight

I asked two seperate questions first question is about the situation of the T 50-1

seems to be worse than with 50-2

and the second one why the T 50-2 only flied once

it did fly more than once since RTF
