F-16 + Mirage F.1 + F/A-18???

Well… I’d say it’s a hybride between a F-18,
a Freedome fighter, and the Tigershark but one with
a distinctly clever and unique Chinese touch.

Literally, and rightly, the “J” implies that it’s
a fighter and the 6.99 implies that it falls just shy of the J-7 because
of its lessor Mach #, and likely, also in agility.

The “plus” suggest that it’s
likely loaded with options and luxuries far
superior to early MiG-21/J-7s.

My perception of course…

😀 Even with a brand new crew and Captain; an android
name Data; a brand new starship; and, technology which enables the
Enterprise to go through worn holes, and much much more… 😀

… the cosmos continues to be one huge and great big mystery
still up for grabs — or, a domain which to this day still posts many challenges to
even the world’s most renown starship — the USS Starship Enterprise!

Yes, OC… The race for the cosmos has not yet even
started and it won’t be if without the Europeans, the Chinese, the Indians, and
maybe the south Americans out there doing their rightfull parts…

But I do agree… America and Soviet Russia had
indeed led the way and the two are still going mighty strong and hanging
in there as the front runners for the cosmos.

No, sharmaji, let’s not put it quite that seriously.

Reason: China has no ambitions to have a dual
to the death with any country in the world, the US inclusive,
therefore, let’s not make it sound so ominous.

However, I am in agreement that the Chinese are trying to turn their
country into a society much as that of the US; she is trying very hard to reach
this goal and objective and she is suceeding in various fronts in this respect.
As such, altimately, carriers will have to be part of that Chinese landscape.

I’m no warmonger. I hate words
such as challenge if and when used inappropriately
(when used in a hostile sense).

Matter of perspective my opinion!

In fact, I for one says that it’s only just begining!!! Why so you ask?
Well… for examples: Europe have not given it (Manned missions) much thought
just yet! The Chinese are just starting to warm themselves up on this one! And, the Indians
have not quite plunged themselve into this cosmos craziness just yet…

And, until they do, what the Americans and the Russians have
accomplised, or achieved, is but just a tiny sampling of the juiciest and the finest
of the black angus cuts that comes with a cosmos flavor and touch…

So make room people…
“ASIA” is on the move — Asia’s not allowing
itself to be left behind!!!!

I think Asia, too, is treking along quite nicely from behind, and are
possibly in the position to lock in the bronze for the time being. And, if additional Asians
indeed pursue and enters this historic sprint for the cosmos, who knows if in the end
that one of them might not in fact become the recipient of the gold!!!

However, with Mars being more than just a six furlong track; and, like a tired out
throughbred grasping for air in the final stretch into the finishing line; for one reason or
another, the two front runners somehow seem to have hit a wall somewhere…

Hence creating an opportunity of a lifetime for those from behind…

The race into space was won by the
Soviets. They put satellites, animals and then people in
orbit well before the the US did the same.

I think the Russians was also the
very first to send a probe to Mars but lost contact as soon
as it hit the Martian atmosphere.

And, on a more serious note. I also read somewhere
that they were also the very first to send a number of their cosmonauts
along their merry before they finally mastered the art.

Hey, even western inteligence are not
discounting the possibilities of a two engined version of the J-10.
Therefore, it’s not as simply as Internet rumor.

We must admit: As little as two years back,
the J-10 itself was still percieved as no more but the byproducts of ChiCom
fanatics from out of the world of Orsen Wells…

But… How wrong we were!!!

J-10 with two engines is only an internet rumor.
They would have to completely redesign the fuselage. Changes in aerodynamics, in weight
distribution, in the fuel lines and electical wiring

If by such a standard, I doubt then that the finished product
would be designated a J-10 anymore. It would, IMHO, be so distinct from the original
that a totally different description would be assign to it. However…

“We know for a fact (revelations by developer) that
projects known as J-10A, B, and/or C’s does exist and that these
projects are in fact in their respective wind tunnel stages and this claim
is supported by even the Russians who are in the know.”

Bottom line:

“Chinese are known for their keen and imaginative ways of cutting
corners and, if they can get around these obstacles or solve these impending
design problems — they will use it to their maximum advantage!!!!”

Therefore, I wouldn’t be too sure about what
the Chinese can or can not do because they may in fact come out and surprise
all of us once again with their wicked wicked ways :)….

With the EF-2000 as a working and inspirational role model;
as an idea; or, as that all imaginative light bulb which turns on that Chinese imagination;
I doubt if it’ll be overly difficult for them to mannipulate the current design and turn it into
something totally distinct or get many variations from it.

Remember: The Chinese are masters
of the trade of reproduction and of variation and they will fiddle
with the J-10 to their hearts content.

I doubt if they’re as childish as to make toys like this
just to show off or for their kids to play with!!!

IMO, this’s indeed for real, and it will be even more real now
that Putin has signed his life away for one of these mothers to the Indian Navy,
which, IMO, will in turn show up in the contested Parcel islands…

Little comfort for PLAN’s South Sea fleet if she don’t have one or two of these
mothers plying the South China Sea knowingly India is in a joint-venture with the Philipinos,
with Nam, and with the US, in this contested region to contain the Chinese.

I’d say this Chinese endeavor here is no small potato even if her lunar program
isn’t as sophisticatingly lavishing as that of the Beagle or the Mars Rover’s — a fact of life
which I’m sure the Chinese have come to accept and live by for the present anyhow.

What’s also interesting is this:
Somehow they don’t seem to be in any kind of a hurry
or panicky mode as some seems to be.

Even so (Russian tech), copies are a bliss within its own right.
Example: Try and emulate what the Chinese have managed even if copied
or reverse engineered and I’ll promise that I’ll tip my hat here!!!

One thing you fellas must give the Chinese credit for is this:
The Chinese have “proven to the rest of the developing world“ that space is not
limited only to the world of the Americans and to the Russians….

“The Chinese have proven that, if given the opportunity, that space
can be open to one and all!” In other words: Space is now open to nations of the
Far East, to the rest of the Americas, to South Asia, and much more!!!!

I’d give the Chinese my applauses for this very human achievement!!!
