Finally an Excuse to go down to MME! Got bored of watching just the daily KLM’S and Easterns going in there on my last visit!

You could allways save me the trip and send it to NCL!:dev2:

I thought it was to be EDI and MAN. Along with ZRH, GVA, CPH and MUC. I do not know which destinations will come first though, so since there is just one Embraer at the moment it might be a while before it lands in the UK. Then again, it might as well be tuesday already.

The Embraer is due to be delivered at AMS monday. Not sure if it will stay on the ground a few days for mechanics and ground crew to get used to it, or if it will be taken into service immediately. I would guess on the plane not being taken into service immediately.

I was going off the top of my head mate knew it was one of the scotish airports took a guess at ABZ. Of course we cant expect it to be flying on passenger flights as soon as it arrives! Lots of crew training no doubt! The KLC cabin crew we have based at NCL have all be doing Conversion course to the Embraer.

    Good looking Jet!

I Think ABZ and MAN will be the first airports to get the E190 visiting in KLC colours!

BA have just put 5 747s up for disposal! Next year maybe they could get some of them!

I love the idea as im gagging to get over to the states! But i honestly cant see it happening!

Feel free to to correct me if im wrong but i believe that AB is not only ETOPs equiped but she is also the lightest aircraft in the 757 fleet which makes her the best suited to the LBA-EWR flight. Where as AJ which is known as “JET 2 NEW YORK” is the heavyiest 757 they own.

Again im going on past information so dont quote me on it.

Any Truth to the rumour that Jet2 are looking to get sell the Chinese 757s?

Fantastic stuff as per usual Adam – keep up the good work.:)

Just curious about two things though…

    1. Does Flybe operate an E195 on their LGW-NCL route or a Dash8 Q400? (If you can’t answer this, I am sure Deano will be able to…:D)

    2. Also, do you know who owns/operates the all white Fokker50 you saw? I can see it has a Dutch registration on it, could it be Denim Air on a charter/ad-hoc flight at all?

Flybe operate a Q400 on the NCL-LGW run 4 times a day useing G-KKEV which looks rather daft with its Black nose.

The E195 was most likely on the SOU, EXT or even the BHD run.

Not sure about the Fokker! It is indeed operated by Denim Air! Ex VLM bird aswell! Not sure why she was in though.

I heard that Boeing were very interested in Buying back G-MONB been the
15th 757 of the assembly line i think it makes her one of the oldest 757s in passenger service. They want to buy it back to well see how its lasted over time.

I heard they were looking for 2 Newer 757s to replace them, As the A321s dont quite have the Endurance of the mighty 757!

    Not bad at all!!!

I hear AB is to be used for the New York fights later this year, as she is the lightest aircraft in the fleet.

Now i wonder when they will get round to painting AD in the Jet2 colours!

We have only had one LS 757 based at NCL this year! Its been G-LSAD mostly, with AG and AJ with us for breif periods! We also had AC one point but the less said about her the better! AD has been a solid and realible aircraft all summer! Its Been a good summer for LS at NCL this year less flights than last year but none the less good!

Was gonna say! They must be at least 2 years old! That Flyjet 757 is now flying for FEDEX in the States.

NCL get the A330 Daily for the DXB flight but not for much longer!
I think LGW get an EK A330 once in a while aswell!
