    I think he meant A319.

I would be well annoyed if I had been told I wasnt getting what I had paid for regardless of the refund.
The BD wesite does show the first few BHD departures as A320/321 but I think there is a number of A319 departures from BHD everyday, perhaps later on?

Ive had just about enough of bmi for one night anyway.

He didnt mention anything about disliking their service.

He was just stating that he is annoyed at bmi apparent lack of decent IT knowledge. The website is working quite well now but why did they launch it with so many flaws?

Im really looking forward to T5 opening to see how BA do. Will it sort all there transfer problems etc? I think not they have as many problems transferring passengers and luggage at LGW as they do from LHR.

If it doesnt work, some heads will role!

My advice would be to do a stint in baggage tracing! It may sound odd but Ive done it and have worked there now for 2 years.

Its a differenet side of the industry and world tracer skills are recognised by every airline in the world. I think its the only system all airlines use except AA and US!

Its also a massive confidence booster.

If you can deal with passengers and their baggage problems you can do anything! At least thats what I like to think!

There are some problems that need to be sorted on the new site. In the departure point screen the points are not in any order just random!

Then your arrival point show the destinations 3 times but doesnt show all the bmi destinations.

You would loose alot of your valuable bmi time messing around with that site!

Servisair is a great place to start. I started there and am now doing really well with another company.

I love the MON. It looks like Tiny on the WW in the backround is quite interested in the woman on the tail!

WOW cancelled their DUB flight yesterday. Not sure if it was for these reasons!

Its hardly a pathetic use of a slot when you consider that DUB is one of their most profitable routes!

There was a big gap in their schedules which is now filled.

When bmi do eventually get around to building a decent long haul schedule from LHR they are going to need a decent amount of feeder flights. Regular flights on their most important routes are what are needed.

I dont think bmi would do to well if they relied soley on O&D traffic for long haul LHR ops.

Every airline needs staff like this. I would like to think that my company would think of me as or any of our employees as assets who can make people feel as good as this! The way I see it is you either give it 100% or nothing at all but it is nice to know that there are people in the industry like this.
