Delta and LHR put together is a nightmare waiting to happen. Delta ops into DUB this last weekend were a disaster and a nightmare and I say that from a staff point of view.
Id be reluctant to fly with DL but DL from LHR 😮 not worth thinking about.

I think EI-CVC was following me yesterday 🙂 I saw her at about 1800 departing to FRA must have done DUB-BHX-DUB-FRA-DUB and was running an hour late.
The 767 in DUB is a 300 and is sitting where aircraft go when their interiors are being refitted. It has a special air-bridge thingy??? for easy access.

I dont think there is much of an expanation to be given. I think its just the way the end up, then again I could be wrong.

One of their 767s yhas been in DUB for the last week or so seems to be getting the cabin redone.

Nowhere does it mention that that is a logojet. Thats LTE’s new colour scheme and will be on all their aircraft. Although it is unimaginative.
Would bmi not be better off dropping the likes of VCE and NAP and maintaining a decent frequencey on domestic routes to allow feeder oppourtunities for the longer flights?
I thought BD’s main roll in *A was to provide feeder traffic for UA,SQ,TG,LH etc at LHR. If they cut them, then why stay in *A?
Maybe Im not typing exactly what I meen but it does seem strange to cut domestic routes in favour of L/ routes but continue to operate flights with crazy schedules to Continental European destinations.
If you look at the location of Avigion (I had to look it up) It is very strange, its right down the bottom of France near enough MRS and NCE.
Its not like they had a spare 2-3 hours in the schedule and decied to throw in somthing short if that was the case you would expect somewhere like NTE or LRH.
There must be a reason behind this because I would have thought it better to launch a route to somewhere slightly better known like LYS or TLS.
