Apparently this route will start on April 7th but as youve said there is no info on their website.
Its in the res system in work that states its to be operated by 737-800 nad its also on the mayfly so as far as we are concerned its going ahead.
TAP also start DUB shortly with 3 flights a week using mainly A319.
No idea but they are coming back to DUB this summer after a 3 year absence with a weekly charter to Cancun.
Yup expeirence is what gets you far in this industry and Ive found that out to a lesser extent myself but Ive also found out sheer grit and determination will get you somewhere aswell. And expeirence will come.
Thre Easyjet summer scedule doesnt end on 30th Sptember it runs until the last saturday in October when the clocks change as with every other scheduled airline.
The charter summer timetable runs from the start of May until the end of September and then things begin to quieten dow a bit.
Well Im out Ill be smashed as Ill be just back from Germany and holidays in August are out as itll be all hands on deck as the carnage oes on in Dublin airport.
Great news and there one step closer to DUB.
FR have locked U2 out hopfully AB will give it a try.
Well if Im off Ill meet with you in DUB and I may take the day off and fly down to SNN on an A330 and get the train back or maybe fly to STN with you and then jump on an FR flight to DUB.
I find eirjet strange. They lease their aircraft out to Ryanair and then lease Transavia and Freebird equipment to operate their own flights.
I dont know how they are making money. They had a 13 hour delay on saturday and then had to lease another Freebird A320 to go and pick stranded passengers up in Plovdiv.
We handle Eirjet in work and Ive never once heard a good thing said about them.
Last night they had a flight from ACE-DUB operated by Transavia and ive never seen a happier bunch of passengers, when one lady was missing a bag she said HV were brillaint but the real eirjet plane they went out on was crap.
And this from the airline who has secured a huge amount of the charter traffic from DUB this summer!!!! God help us.
No no no no im the biggest F1 fan in the world. I was making the tea so missed the damn flyby bt it always an A340.
Roll on Hockenheim!!!
Ryanair dont issue the same type of boarding cards as other airlines do in Dublin at least. Ryanair boarding cards in Dublin are made from low quality paper and there is a noteable difference from other airlines. Also Ive seen boarding cards given out in LPL for EI flights which are a much lower quality then what they give out in DUB. When I say lower quality I meen they are litteraly paper where as the higher quality ones are more like card.
Ill be in DUS this time next week wooo hooo.
Not great for business travellers is it? One flight a day and then it departs rather late!!
Although LS are doing quite wel so Im sure it will work.
Happy birthday Tom. Your one of the members on here who I have become good freinds with and I hope our paths cross many times again in the next year.
I dedicate my 2000th post to your birthday.
Well in my opinion from also working check in is that it can SOMETIMES save time and it also seems to get the passengers to the gate on time. It also eliminate the chances of a seat dupe which can cause mayhem.
Great pictures. I off to DUS next week and looking forward to getting some nice shots.
