IAD St Mawgan a few years ago, weather socked most of the day, however, late in the afternoon, patchy cumulus at about 1,000′ keeping most stuff on the ground the Vulcan launched and performed a low level display, clipping the bottom of the clouds and flashing with sunlight now and then. All this, and ‘Ride of the Valkyre’ drifting across the airfield from the p.a…………..awesome:eek:

What year is it 50? I like you new acquisition very much:)

Spot on, 1950.

Street legal, insurance 43quid, no tax, no MOT, just need a topper and a PTO conversion (ebay) and away I go.

bazv, this one is petrol and quite fast! I will use it for shopping down Newquay when I get the hang of it.

I have one of these navy klaxons in one of my sheds, been meaning to wire it up near my Spitfire and the idea was to activate it when someone was being naughty (or when wingcomandaflap/DrStrangelove visit!)
