What’s the betting that if Tesco had run this add, the media would have been on their backs straight away ?
Whereas Sainsbury seem to have gotten away with it.
When all is said and done, it’s a well made advert.
Whether or not it will pull in more customers, who knows ?
Weather permitting, we shall be going to the Bury St Edmunds Christmas fair next Friday.
I shall look the old boy up 🙂
Watched The Hunger Games last week, on Film4… Not a bad film, better than I expected
To all the many UKIP supporters on this forum, now is not the time for unbridled triumphalism but instead, quiet satisfaction at a job done exceedingly well.
I expect UKIP to win the next three or four by-elections that may occur as a consequence of that number of Tory MPs switching their allegiance.
The first but necessary step towards our political disentanglement from continental affairs.
Raise your glass to Nigel.
This is despite the media in general, being anti-UKIP.
Exactly the sort of comment that almost always comes from people who have completely and utterly missed the point of why UKIP came into being to start with, and why it is receiving such significant support now.
I can only agree with you. They are comments which are gaining UKIP more support.
Along with the recent “White Van Man & England Flags” incident.

impersonate Jeremy Paxman. Every time he opens his mouth he gains Nigel Farage more support.
I am sorry, but I do not sign up to the a vote for UKIP is a vote for Labour, that is just a sign of a party being worried… Very worried.
.
Not just one party being very worried.
Very nice, and great pictures.
I don’t know why they always send a letter out, saying that the Winter Fuel payment should be in my bank account

The helmets have undoubtedly saved a lot of serious injuries in the past, and I think we will soon see a redesigned
model on the market.
Saying that, I don’t recall any serious injuries before the advent of cricketing helmets. I’m sure they encourage
batsmen to play shots, which they would never otherwise contemplate .
It will be interesting to see how they are handling the lane filtering.
Have they lowered the speed limits where the toll booths used to be ?
It should still be fun when the bridge is shut, or one of the tunnels is closed.
In the coming months I am sure figures will be published
showing how much has been levied im fines.
Whoever gets it.
I heard somewhere that they plan on making a great deal of money, where people fail to pay in the allotted time.

I just love that couple. They certainly dont mince their words.
I hope you are right. What is needed is another river crossing, as traffic is only going to increase year on year.
This is a handy website to look at, and see what roadworks are in the pipeline. http://www.londontraffic.org/dartford/
I couldn’t find a working camera showing the bridge.
We don’t travel into Kent much now, not more than a couple of times a year. We used to make regular trips down
to Canterbury when my wife’s nephew was a chorister at the Cathedral, but those days are long gone.
