And please don’t bring in the subject of immigration because although it has had an effect, it’s the indigenous population procreating like rabbits which has been the main problem.

It can’t be denied that it’s having an impact though, with 25% of babies being born to immigrant mothers.
That equates to somewhere in the region of 200,000 births every year

Twenty years ago schools were being closed at an alarming rate. Now we need to build new ones, as there’s aren’t enough places.

Just to add. It has been suggested that the reason the government is keen to allow so many immigrants into the country, is that we are an ageing population, and need more young people.
The majority of the immigrants being of a younger generation.

Not an add as such, but I did buy a Sunpak remote slave flash unit a few years back, which was on one of the shopping channels.

Another ploy is to try and make us feel guilty about not using a particular product.

Many of us will remember the adds for Clark’s shoes ?

Very clever campaign which brainwashed parents into thinking they weren’t good parents unless they bought
that particular brand of shoe for their children.

Biggest bugbear is F1 I like to watch qualifying, but to record that on Sky F1 it records 1st 2nd and 3rd practice as well, when will they learn not all people want to watch all of that, hence practice is now recorded on the Beeb.
And the Race, 1st few on Sky you could record just that missing out all the pre race dross, or add it to as another programme, now you can’t, not only that but it’s now padded out with post race dross, the Malaya GP was recorded and took up 20% of my HD recording room and was 5 hours!!!!!!!!!

Watching either is a case of selecting a start point 1 hour into the programme then fast forwarding to the race.

I can’t stand all of the pre-race waffle. Fast forward to warm up lap.
Watch first 4 or 5 laps then watch at x12 speed until the last couple of laps,
Unless there’s an incident.

Haven’t watched any adverts for some time now. I record everything on commercial TV and then fast forward the adverts when they come on. Wonderful things those hard drive box jobbies.
