Thanks Bruce, I was merely posing the question.

Not quite the same is it ?. I was under the impression that all incidents had to be reported.

As a matter of interest, will the CAA have to be involved with this ?

It was probably the weather that brought people out, but it was the busiest pre-airshow Friday I’ve seen. I got there at 10:30am and the carpark was nearly full.
The highlight of the flying being the three Mustangs, managing to land just on closing time. I do hope that when it comes to the airshow, there aren’t so many people
meandering around the parked aircraft.(ground crews aside) They make it awkward for the paying public to get decent photos.

    A couple more from Friday

Looks good, but I expect some will disagree.

“…..Alan, what restoration was this? I’m surprised it says the propeller was difficult to replace. There are plenty of options for hubs, new blades can be made & most parts can be manufactured if needed.

    Jamie….”

Perhaps I should have said repair rather than restoration. It was SX336 following a wheels up landing in 2011

As I mentioned elsewhere, I’ve tried this way of uploading photos, and it seems to work very well.
