A very old Dinky Toys Ju 90, possibly pre-war and very crude, I swapped a Dinky Sunderland flying boat for it in the mid 50’s, was that a mistake?

Imagine 15 days in one of their stinking prisons, are they segregated, if not, what are the chances of her being ‘interfered with’, to put it politely, which will be another excuse under their barbaric laws to put her on trial again.
Just for the record, this isn’t an attack on Islamic faith, just the way these scumbags prefer to interpret it to suit themselves, after all, ‘No-0ne Expects the Spanish Inquisition’, we’ve all been down that road.
I would like to know how much information, guidance and warning she was given by the ‘powers that be’ over here when she applied for a job in such a volatile country.
Perhaps the threat of a few well placed cruise missiles might persuade them to let her go, then the country can go back to living on EU payouts and decimating their own population with their free ammunition.

Sorry, didn’t notice I’d slipped in an advert, I may have noticed it even less if it had taken over the whole page and it had been in colour, snarf, snarf.
There is obviously more of this footage, where can it be seen, remembering airshows in the 50’s, and being lucky enough to experience them, you can see how dangerous they were, but at the time, it was every day events at Hucknall.
Incidentally, the picture of the RR Spitfire and Lightning as published in this current addition of Flypast make me think it was an air to air taken from a typical days flying from Hucknall, both a/c were sitting out on the ramp everyday during the summer.

I just looked up Freddie on Wikipedia and it’s actually very interesting and informative for once, worth looking at.
Are the remnants of Queen really bringing out an album with Paul Rogers, if so forget it, I thought the best stand in was, believe it or not, Robbie Williams, gasp, shock horror, but he at least had the theatricals, charisma, and a closer vocal range than Rogers, I’m not a fan of his, and I don’t like to admit it, but I thought he worked it better than any one else during the Freddie tribute concert, but he’ll never be Freddy, or though it might be worth a proper try, if the public are desperate for this sort of attempted reincarnation, he’d look the part with the right moustache.

Has anyone seen the film ‘The Longest Day’ recently.
I seem to remember that the special effects boys inadvertantly showed Lancasters towing the gliders, if so, were they shown as having invasion stripes, I can’t remember.
I went to see the premier of the film when I was a kid, some of the technical advice was dire, even to me aged 12 at the time, and the comments from my old man who was a real veteran of the event were hilarious. Skyraiders flying over the fleet and Me108’s strafing the beaches were just about acceptable, but Lancasters towing gliders, nooooo.
I presume they tried it at the time though, or were Lancs too precious to be considered.
Incidentally, were 4 engined bombers not given stripes as they would inevitably be back on duty over Germany as soon as possible.
