    Dave,

Are the Airport allowing parking on the Grass as per the Airshow ? If so its a great chance for some decent close up pics.

I agree with Ewan, remember those Thrush Commanders well, very noisy, as i lived 500 yards from the ADS hanger.

    Hi Dave,

It`s a bit “round the houses” or “autour des maisons” ( sorry very bad joke )
but go onto the webpage you want to view I just done http://www.mae.org/collec_faviation.htm

which is all in French, open up a second internet explorer web page and go to http://world.altavista.com/

Its Alta vista Babel Fish translator, simply cut and past the web address where it states, and the same page comes up in good old English!

    Good Luck

I remember the Petrol Station, the manual pumps were always being left unlocked at night, so there was often a queue after hours !!

    Sorry Bruce,

The 146 was the worst looking airframe with just the centre section left that i could see, to be fair i was some distance away though. Look`s like they started on the 146 1st.

I do have a couple of pic`s but they are the worst i have ever taken + i had a naff camera with me, they are too bad to post on here!

I would imagine that Hanningfield Metals are doing the scrapping, often they hang onto the cockpits and sell them, which they have done in the past with Viscounts etc, maybe worth a call –
