Just to resurrect this thread again here are a couple of pictures of Firebrand TF4 EK739. I believe that this aircraft was retained by Blackburn but it doesnot say that in my Putnams. I suspect they were taken in 1946 does anyone know where?

I do not know where I picked up GA11 for the Hunter. So that could well be wrong. I am hoping to move house and most of my reference material has been packed away. However I see that on 12/11/62 XF365 became A2561 an instructional airframe for the RN. Perhaps the pic was taken at a show during that time and it had not been given its new marks?
