The Germans have there Eurofighters and this is good so
The Tornados ECR will have long life, they are today good enough
The A400 is something between a C-130 and a C-17. He is big enough and a good replacement for the Transall. Ok he cant carry a MBT but this would to expensive.
Why the Alpha Jet? He is old
They dont need (yet) A330MRTT, they have A310MRTT
The Tiger can fitt with a 12mm gun turret. Maybe they dont buy it with a gun because it would to expensive ands its easier to buy them later
The NH90 is a very good helicopter and i hope Eurocopter will build the HTH
According to my knowledge, the Tiger is to get a 30mm canon, if it gets a canon at all.
Likely candidates are the MAuser RMK30 or MK30-2 ABM.

Luftwaffe :
– 200 EFs (4th Batch of 20 for recce and as a ECR replacement)
– 60 A400M (that is to come)
– 50 NH-90s (including 8-12 CSARs)
– 6 A310 MRRTs
Marine :
– 8 PC-3s (nearly set)
– helicopters replaced by 30 MH-90s
Heer (Army)
– 80 Tiger UHUs (set)
– 120 NH-90s (fewer ordered)
– the remaining CH-53Gs (a replacement in 2015 as the earliest)
