    Methwold – nice place. 😀

Lovely model in the Church of the airfield and nice glass pane in the tower as a memorial too. (As featured in the latest VAC mag.)

One hell of a dip in one of the runways. I cycled it a little while back.

Oddly enough Methwold only has one CWGC headstone in it and that is a Sarjeant (sic) from WW1.

Slightly off topic I know but surely moving the P111 would be a major headache as it is effectively a single piece aircraft?

Pity they could use it as a flying advert for the collection really. Hats off to them and Mr. Melton (& team) for keeping it in the UK.

The second would appear indeed to be a Skyvan.

Would love to see the pics, but for some of us all we get is an FSNordic.net screen. If someone has the softwear to open the pics, any chance of reattaching them so the rest of us can see them?

I would love to help but doubt work would be appreciative. Nice to be able to see and others not for a change!

Initial reports on the radio this morning said they had no contact but when I got to work they were saying there was a waek signal.

Exploration like this is going top be prone to technical problems as they explore new technologies and the like…

Be nice to see if they have a signal or whether they will try again…
