But where is the seat? I was going to bid as it looked like a cheap way into aviation but no seat means it must be UAV and not an aeroplane… Oh well save my meagre Civil Service pennies then.

I saw it – well bits of it – just for the reason of the ‘plane.
Couldn’t work out why they put it back… Or the fact the researcher would say it was a ‘109… Or that the simulated crash seemed more destructive than the recovered “airframe” appeared to have suffered.

Interseting that Thunder City idea… I was under the impression that the SA CAA restricts them to only SA airspace and hence the ZU- registration series… I could well be wrong but the restriction seems to be from a distant memory of something I read.
