For the phrase “Black Comedy” read not funny to (usually) the majority but hilarious to others…
I’ve seen some “black comedy” never laughed and just thought it was dire and yet parts of Dr. Strangelove I did laugh at.

Some comedic element to it but not enough to spoil it. Watchable if you like the classic B&W films (such as I do).

Brief Encounter
Noel Coward’s celebrated love story. Filmed during the war and with much stiff upper lip. A good, simple, uncomplicated love story. No nudity, no raunchy sex all decent and polite. They don’t make then like that anymore.

There is but one N7 left and she apparently belongs to the NRM. She was however recently in use on the North Norfolk Railway. – Do a google search on LNER N7 and UK pages only and some shots will come up in the listing.

I did look to see what the other shunter type was but I left the book at home this morning. Both designs date from the late 1890’s to very early 1900’s.
