Nice to see the Battle back, even in the “low light”, I think she is a very important exhibit.
I’m looking forward to the A-20 Havoc being displayed (next year?).
JFK…
paranoid maybe, but no more fiction than the Warren report or 1001 other theories, just a great (long) bit of film making IMHO.

I took a Christmas wreath down to my dads grave today, two graves away was a new headstone for a 17 month old little boy.

Some of these students will be running the country in thirty years or so.
………..be afraid.:diablo:
yeah, and I can hear them moaning about the students protesting near the statue of Saint Jordan and Peter Andre about the tax on their hover boards that the government raised to cover medical fees in the house of commons as all the ex students are suffering from years of pot noodles and soft drugs.

did anybody see this quote from one of the “students”
“£9000 per year! How are we going to afford twenty one grand over three years!”
Money well spent then…… (If it’s true and it was seen on the TV at some stage)

Anyone want to join me on a mass march to a top university somewhere?
We will break in and inhabit the classrooms and labs, then start intimidating the students and lecturers within before starting to damage their equipment, and then finally finishing off by attacking police, smashing windows, and throwing potentially lethal objects off a high roof.Listening to the leader of the London Universities march completely defending all the actions on Tuesday has now completely turned off any modicum of respect I had for students trying to get their way through higher education. The lecturers involved are nothing but trouble causing sissies who had to hide behind the students march instead of holding their own through their unions.
If you want higher eductation – you pay for it.
I’m with you – on every point you make. A group of people demanding something, turn to violence and vandalism when they didn’t get thier own way.
They want education for a higher paid job etc? Well, I want a higher pension so I can retire now and they can have my job ! Can’t see that happening either.

when my son was about that age I found a few die -cast metal toys around 1/72 scale, TK Max etc may be worth a look now.
what we did when he was a bit older (4 if memory serves) was buy some airfix kits, we built them together, well, you know what I mean, he painted them with poster paints etc, played with them, broke them, and we made the next one. The making was just as much fun as anything else.
The Professionals has aged badly by comparison, not sure why, it was a lot less expensive to make it seems (look at different cheap locations every week, Bodie’s jackets being swapped among cast members etc) but I loved it at the time.
