I think you’ll find that U2 is a means to a political stage. I prefer the TR-1.

Not unexpected, but still very sad news.
I don’t think money will be the biggest problem. Finding skilled aviation metal workers to put in the hours will be more difficult. Those types are already employed and always in demand for their skills.
Not at all. £18 per hour secures the skill, but they’d need to provide a repair scheme from the DA.

I noted in one of the images that the interior access was restricted due to wet paint. In my time on PA474 I used to hope that the years of thick crusty interior green would be removed, so Rhoobarb, can you tell us if that happened please?
Well, that looks like a remarkable lack of damage. Fingers crossed it’s all recoverable.
