Er, six years ago sounds about right. I’ve come and went with this forum, but I always somehow come back. Was even a mod at one point, but Grey Area was supreme, even back then 🙂

I’ve tried viewing the pages on the website, but it refuses to login via Facebook nor can I create a normal account – just goes to an error page. Anyone else have difficulties?

W1745 has the right idea, but I thought we had established that they would not be sent to the front line,(Those sent to join the Forces) who had been sentenced by a Court of Law as punishment.

To be fair, it is only in the last year or so I have gotten interested in – I still don’t know the correct term – “warbirds”. I was thinking Duxford would be a good start. The thing is, I do not have much of a clue about military aviation, and even less of why people get worked up over the colours on them.

You’d think SATA and PGA would be good for a merger. SATA with the longer euopean and atlantic island routes, and PGA with it’s intra-Portugal and Spain flying. I do agree, the SATA scheme is nice. I wonder how long the metallic paint will last.

On the topic of airshows, I don’t think I’ve ever been to one. I’ve never visited an aircraft museum either. 😮
