May I also welcome you Zoomie….lovely shots…I must go there one day.

The P40 and P39 particularly caught my eye.

You will find that there are very few people on the board who are anal about spelling! Luckily most of us care about historic aircraft more than grammar and spelling!

Not for that sort of money!!! Way to much for an oddity, even serious seat collectors have mentioned that its over valued.

    Really?!
It seems pretty complete and quite nice too! If I needed a complete seat, that’s not too bad a price!

There is a museum at Landguard Fort, Felixstowe, who will match me and give up £250 so that it could go on show there or Norfolk & suffolk Museum?
    This is a serious offer.

cheers all…..it is TSR2 and has significant wear and use marks, is Serial No.1. Would love to prove it was off the flyer! It cost me a fortune, but is worth every penny. It is great that it has ‘come home’, took it to the museum last night and the chaps were impressed!

Dont apologise for your sad but great photos. My university had a load of airframe parts which we did structural stuff on.

It would be nice to add the surviving parts to the thread if the original poster does not mind? I have the pull chute from the brake chute that flew as well as one or two other ‘toys’.

They do a similar product that seems to be very good. I have read good press reports, but have yet to try it myself.
