A great project, many congratulatios to them for this fine achievement. It may not be the ‘real deal’, but I sure can appreciate the time, money and passion that has gone into it. Hats off to them.

One thing I noticed though, is it having an identity crisis?
If you watch from 16:33 you can clearly see the reg under the port wing reads: F-PMOZ, yet, 10 seconds later a view of the tail shows the reg F-WMOZ!
Does anyone know why?

F-W is for test flying – alot of the Airbus aircraft have F-W before delivery)
F-P is homebuilt (post certification/testing)

My Dad and I used to go very regularly – especially as my Nan lived not that far away. It was always part of a weekend at Nan’s. Up early Saturday, packed lunch in a bag with a flask of coffee, quick stop at the newsagents for a Puzzler for Dad and a Commando comic for me, (still have most of them), then onto the Routemaster working the 140 service and then in for the day… Many, many happy hours spent on the QB…
