As for the lawsuit thing at the end all I thouhgt was “how typical of America/lawyers” – sorry a scathing generalisation there…

Ground Control
Keifer Sunderland is an Air Traffic Controller who struggles to come to terms with an accident involoving an aircraft uner his control but finds himself helping out an old colleague no a bad night with storms closing nearby airfields resulting in increased workload. This is hampered by power failures due ancient equipment and lack of funds to replace it. Yep you guessed it an aircraft then suffers a major inflight snag and yes it is a cheesy sort of “disaster movie”
Not the best movie by a long shot (c’mon “the fonz” is the beleagured maintenance man) but some of the real airport footage is quite good.

Under Suspicion
Gene Hackman and Morgan Freeman. A well to do lawyer (Hackman) is called in to answer some loose end type questions about a murder of a young girl, one of two such murders. This interview should take about 10 mins but there are increasing inconsistencies as the police officeer (Freeman) probes for the answers.
The style of the flashbacks is good and nicely different. Be warned this film does tackle the area of pedophilia and can be a bit uncomfortable in places. Nothing graphic just the mental processes.
I think I got distracted at the end as I struggled a little to work out the ending . Will have to watch it again.

The “pedigree” of steam locos does seem harder to pin down doesn’t it with boilers and frames not always being reuinted after overhaul when in regular use. There have been a couple of re-visions of names and numbers as a result IIRC.

I think the Altlantic will indeed be a good one when she is completed.

Isn’t one of the BR standards being rebuilt into a missing BR standard class – the only difference being one had a tender and the other was a tank engine?
