But why should any country show leniency to foreign nationals who commit crimes? The law is the law.

“Hear hear“, go somewhere else, abide by the local laws and customs or don’t go. Without advocating capital punishment itself, you should respect local laws, customs and beliefs, I wish the UK government would consider this when people choose to live in the UK and then attack the main religion, or the system of government etc.

I only lasted 40 mins willing my interest on, but gave up and read a book instead !

Some of the junk on there reminds me of the “Hitler Diaries” scam in the early 80’s.

I read the detailed book on it a while ago, there was (and I guess still is) a huge market to manufacture and sell “memorabilia” (with doubtfull authenticity).

This canopy is not from a Spitfire, but somebody will part with cash for it based on the story that he tells on the website, sad part is that he isn’t the only one buying or selling (or manufacturing for that matter)

It could be far worse. Somehow my Mum got the idea I was a James Last fan! That was a CD that went straight to the charity shop!

then again Steve has a point, besides, my old mum still loves telling people of the time when I was about 7 and I bought her a REAL gold bracelet as it was the best thing for sale at the RSPCA jumble sale, so I guess we are even !
