Hi All,
I use to own a L-17 and can tell you they are a joy to fly, easy on the Maintance Bill and the parts are very easy to find.
They are also very easy to do formation flying with. All and All I really enjoy the L-17.

I am certain that the first one is a Curtiss, probably one of the many Model F variants !
Well done PL, 😀
Yes the first one is a F-Boat build by American Trans-Oceanic Com. this was one of the 4 they build. This one is a trainer ATO was owned at one time by Curtis.
TNZ,
1 Yes on the company but what is the plane type
2 No not even close hint not a normal Navy company
3 Correct this is a photo of VP-10F on there historic flight from San Frans to Pearl.
So that still leaves two unknows and one needs the type.

Hi,
Yes their will be a new album out sometime late winter, they have been performing some new stuff over the Fall tour Season.
I’m going to be in Boston shooting the show for a reginional rcok zinn.
Also they had some stuff that they were working on that was never completed so some of the new stuff could be this.
Cheers Crazymainer
But of a guess, but I think maybe no 4 is the early Curtis Helldiver. I’m at work and can’t access photos so IF HELLDIVER I’m not at all sure whether XSBC-2 prototype, XSBC-3 prototype or production SBC-3 or 4.
cheers, Gnome
Sorry but not even close

Trying to make a point
Well, if he said no, then that pretty much answers the question, right?
Also, in the future, please just make one thread in the main forum, rather than 3 separate threads.
Googles,
Try to make a point here we the members are the Heart and Souls of all of the forums and Yes if the Webmaster wants he can shut down the whole thing but I don’t see that happen.
This thread has pop up a few times over on the Historic forum and we always get the same answer so thats why I posted it on ALL Forums to see what we as a group says, not just one forum.
Oh by the way what do you think?
Cheers Crazymainer
The grip looks like a Mohawk
