Hi Steve,

Look great, question the far right instrument on the floor what is that can’t make it out. Boy you have change it alot since George owned it maybe I can rumage thru the photo collection and see if I can find the shot I have of her right after she got her first set of instruments.

Also wheres the Key hole how do you expect someone to start this thing huh :p

Do you plan on keeping the present cockpit color or do you plan on going back to black.

I would make sure that the jump seat has plenty of Barf bags and some real nice English Punk Rock will do just nicely or maybe some lovely Bag Pipes might be better.

It comes after, in a decending order based on the level of award. I might suggest you consult a reference, such as “The Standard Catalogue of British Orders, Decorations and Medals” by E.C. Joslin.

For Instance…Wing Commander Robert Standord Tuck, D.S.O., D.F.C. and two bars.

If only we had some people from the United Kingdon on this forum…alas

Do you have view on the colorful (spelling intentional) painting of Reno Racers or the Red Baron Pizza Steamans? Please describe this U.S. “certain stander”?

Yes I do,

As for Reno Racers I’m on record as stating that I do not like to see Warbirds chop up and used for Racing to many planes have been destroyed and to many Good Men have ben killed. Now for the Red Baron team I don’t like their Paint Scheme either I think that they all should have their service style paint on them.

I guess it comes down to this folks I have my views I would never repeat never sell my aircraft to any company that is going to put thier Corp logo on it I don’t care how much money they throw at me.

Hi All,

Still waiting for an answer to the Paul Allen question, or is ok that Red Bull is an European company and thats how they do stuff their in Europe. Yes I did go that way because to me it seem that we here in America are held to a certain stander when it comes to certain stuff while the same thing goes on across the pond and their is’nt as much as a whisper of discontent.

I also would like to add many thanks to Cyrstal Lake for sharing the collection with us.

I rather it be restored and flown But in correct markings, Ok heres one for you all I decide to buy something rather English say a Spit mk10 and I decide to put Rohr Industry all over the thing even thou it has a Combat History how quickley will you all come after me.

Look folks in the past few years we have seen report after report stating that todays Youth have no clue about WWII just last month a report came out on BBC stating that over 85% of today UK Youth between the ages of 13-21 didn’t know who Churchill was. He in the States 1 out of every 5 Students in the same age group think that WWII was fought between the US and the UK.

My point is that if you are going to own these aircraft as a Corp, entie then show some proper respect to what they repersent. How many of you would be railing against Paul Allen if he decide to paint all of his Aircraft up with MicroSoft all over them. I’m guessing a far amount of you would.

Yes I try to put some pics of Physco-Machine and it wouldn’t execpt the file for some reason.

Any idea what to do i rather not go and re scane and put into another account then post but then again maybe will have to later if not fixs

Would you like me to have the reps. from the stores come on and show you their statements and would you like me to scan the letter I wrote.

But then I shouldn’t expect much from you anyway considering how you feel about me.

I hope the Red Bull people do read this thread and rethink how they are displaying the Aircraft they own. They as a Company have a respouncablity to make sure if theyare going to opperate thse aircraft then the General Public should know their History. None of us had a problem with Brietle and how they painted the planes.

Hi All,

Well this isn’t going to a popular respounce but here goes anyway.

I think Red Bull needs to rethink the idea of Painting their aircraft up like some traveling Road Sign, they have a very good chance to eductae this generation and the next on what these aircraft repersented and what there Father, Grandfathers did durning the Cold War and WWII. I think companys like Red Bull who are just buying Warbirds because its real neat to have them and a great Ad. maker need a little reality check. First I can tell you this if I was putting on an Airshow and Red Bull was one of the acts book I would tell them if they want to bring their planes then they need to put on Authintict paint schemes, yea I know they own them and they can do what ever they want but with that said when you own one of these aircraft you have a respouncablity to at least try to reperesent a style of paint that the plane might have used durning what ever time period.

I really am suprised that this Forum hasn’t rail against Red Bull considering how many times when someone has painted up a Spit or Mustang with the wrong markings. Or better yet how about the CAF Martell I recall that heated discussion.

I know why don’t are European forum friends start sending Red Bull conplaints,I know here in my home town that I’ve been waging a one man war against Red Bull because of there policy, i have been able to get red Bull removed form 25 stores because all I’ve done is taken in a photo of the B-25 and show them and explain to the owners what they are doing. We have also sent letters of complaints to Red Bull USA and Red Bull International. Maybe someone over there can have the courage to tell Red Bull sorry till you paint your aircraft that right way you will not be attending are Airshow, try it and see what happens and when you do make sure the press gets the story and see how long bad press Red Bull takes before they change the paint schemes. See folks instead of complaining about what Red Bull is doing we need to act as a group.

Well anyway thats how I feel some of you might agree some will not,

Just Like You Europeans to bring US Policys we wer’nt talking about the US Policy we were talking first that Michael Moore’s body Guard gets caught doing something he in his Dumbass movie rails against then it lead to a discusion on Gun Ownership here in the States. So please in the name of what ever god you beleive in explain to me how the hell what the US Policy has to do what we have been talking about. Or is this just another way for you Europeans to say see you are all a bunch of Neo-Cons Jack Boat Brown Shirt Nazis, you all seem to keep trying to tie everyday US Cultrere into are National Policy.

Because that is what I’m getting out of this turn of topics so if that is what you want then start another Bloody Thread if not try to stay to what has been discussed or do mine and my fellow Ne-Cons. Americains make you wonder hey maybe they do have a point after all and I really don’t know much about Gun Collectors.

I kind of find it funny that you keep trying to get me to say something to go see that is why Crazymainer shouldn’t have Concel Gun Permit and Machine Gun Permit.

You seem to think that I’m so sort of idiot, thats fine but don’t try to get me to say something that I would never advicate. So for the record I beleive that Michael Moore is a Traitor and should be Tried as one and if he is convict then he should be excuted but with saying that I also beleive anyone caught being a Traitor should be exucted.

If you find that twist and Ultra-right Wing well thats your choice. But as I’ve said do you know me Flood have you ever talk to me when you where here in the States no nor do I know you so how can you or any of us really know each other who live 2000+ miles from each other.
