    Location

We are in Bottisham Village – on the old site 4 – on Tunbridge Lane (just opposite Rowley gardens).

Signs will be out on the day from the A14 roundabout – postcode for satnav is CB25 9DU.

Thanks for your kind words of support – to answer a few points raised: –

Bottisham, Cambridgeshire CB25 9DU is our location.

We have tried emailing & telephoning Bottisham Village college but so far don’t seem interested – will try and get there in person.

It certainly is a time capsule (6 original ww2 buildings & 2 air raid shelters in the middle of a village). A petition is under active consideration.

    Some more photos:

    Cheers

Are you sure it wasn’t the Sally B??

She came over the museum at Bottisham at midday on Saturday & appeared to be in the circuit for Marshalls – she then cruised around the area (Wilbraham – Fulbourn etc) for a little while.

We are certainly used to people mistaking Olive Drab for blue!!!!!!!!

    Cheers

A friend of mine has posted pictures on facebook of Ferocious Frankie attending the Merlin Pageant at Hucknall & then she may have gone on to Cosford.

So I would say Ferocious was the most likely candidate.

    Price

Whilst you are at it how about a price for a static P-51 bulkhead and the frame that surrounds the P-51 instrument panel?

    Many thanks

    130 Squadron Video footage

Amazing video footage of 130 Sq. taken between Feb & May 1942 at Perranporth can be found at: –

No sign of PJ-K from a quick viewing but stunning footage all the same.

Video is half the way down the page.

    Good luck in your search!

Had never heard that although I know some living quarters were in S-B, will make some enquiries.

We are aleady on the case of the murals and have secured the flying tractor but are still busy tracing some of the others.
